Professional Supervision

Supporting leaders in reaching their full potential

Supervision is to support you in your work/ministry life by collaborating together on key areas in your practice.  Annette is able through her life experience and training to help create a unique supervisory relationship that is characterized by trust, confidentiality, support and accountability that gives space and freedom for the person being supervised to explore issues arising from their practice or ministry.

“While we may address areas of your personal life, we will mainly focus on how you can be the best practitioner for your field of expertise or ministry. For me the most significant outcome that occurs for the person within the supervisory relationship is that they move toward transformation and a new way of seeing which ultimately has a flow on effect within the work and ministry.”
